Role Snapshot
You’ll be the operational heartbeat on one high-profile entertainment account — aligning priorities, moving work through the pipeline, and keeping clients and internal teams in lock-step. You’ll partner closely with an Account Manager, translate strategy into action, and help ship excellent social content at pace.

Own the day-to-day client calendar: keep priorities visible, up-to-date, and understood across teams.
Make clear calls on shifting priorities or kick off communication where discussions need to be had as well as communicate changes and impact to clients and internal leads.
Support the Account Manager on translating strategy into action.
Track upcoming tasks and key client distribution points and surface blockers early.
Manage asset intake: download, file, and prep materials so production can start fast.
Keep internal tools populated with clean client data and flag discrepancies to teams and clients.
Manage the client Airtable by making updates, maintaining views, and holding the teams accountable to keep status fields truthful.
Help evolve lightweight processes/automations as account scales or client needs change.
Bring a process mindset — suggest improvements that boost speed, clarity, or quality.
Drive progress on ad-hoc/multi-team projects; chase actions and close loops.
Contribute to continual improvement, spotting workflow opportunities and raising the bar.
And be trained on and ready to support on the following if needed:
Support where needed on screening episodes/films to find perfect social moments; capture precise timecodes for editors.
Ideating on content that could really sing on social media platforms for the client’s IP.
Posting to social media platforms.

✅ AI-curious: Ideally, you already incorporate the use of AI in your day-to-day live and work. We would love for you to embrace this further in the role and will give you opportunities to learn more and help weave it into our processes.
Nice to haves
Experience in social-first marketing — understanding trends, audience behaviour, and platform nuances.
Proven experience in account management within a creative or digital agency, ideally on entertainment or global brand clients.
