Role Snapshot
Ready to build lasting client partnerships at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology? As our Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for clients, orchestrating cross‑functional teams, shaping standout work, and using smart tools to deliver impact—on time, on brief, and beyond expectations.
Own delivery and client satisfaction for 1–2 flagship accounts—be their trusted partner
Report to the Head of Account Management; support teammates while operating autonomously
Learn the ins and outs of each service and workflow; drive continuous improvement for speed and quality, always putting client experience first
Lead and coordinate a client‑dedicated squad across multiple workstreams
Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end client experience; understand every service in depth and jump in to execute when needed
Review creative and operational outputs; give clear, actionable feedback aligned to client strategy and priorities
Align resourcing with project and team managers to ensure the right coverage at the right time
Own day‑to‑day client communications; capture requirements, process feedback, and resolve issues fast
Become the in‑house expert on each client’s brand, programming, audience, and priorities—and advocate for them in every decision
Serve as a team leader focused on performance, insights, and process excellence; raise the bar continuously
Who You Are

✅ Pro with collaborative workflow tools (Airtable, FigJam) and quick to master new ones
✅ Tech‑curious with an aptitude for learning creative and technical processes—comfortable experimenting with AI to streamline and elevate workflows
✅ A clear, confident communicator—concise in writing, credible in the room, and client‑calm under fire
✅ A prioritisation pro who delivers to deadlines without compromising quality
