Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognized clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn about our business and the industry through working in a varied role and supporting the CEO on all sorts of tasks across the company. The ideal candidate would soak up all the learnings the role has to offer and have ambition to one day progress within the company with more responsibility or in an area they show aptitude for.
What can you expect?
Liaising with the CEO daily to understand their priorities and be deployed on a variety of tasks.
Carrying out ad hoc tasks such as research projects with high level of attention to detail.
Developing a strong understanding of the company, our clients, their industries.
Managing the CEO’s calendars to ensure that their time is focused and prioritised.
Attending client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and parsing into action items.
Ensuring the CEO has the appropriate briefing and documentation for meetings.
Handling communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Learning workflow tools and assisting with process design and automation.
Organising and co-ordinating travel and accommodation when required.
Once you know the role well, using initiative and prioritisation to manage your own time rather than relying on tasks set by others.
Sometimes being deployed to projects to provide extra support to other teams within the company on particularly time sensitive tasks.

Nice to have:
Experience with project management software like Airtable or Monday.com

Flexibility
We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. For this role, we’d like the successful candidate to start at 8:30am and work through to 4:30pm however, we’re pretty flexible - for example, taking a longer lunch and working later is no problem and might be encouraged sometimes for evening client calls if you’re willing and available to join them.
Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where we’re physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location.
£24,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
