Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognized clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

We’re looking for someone to own our finance department – we have a preference for action over bureaucracy and you'll have the freedom to make positive change as you see fit:
Managing day to day accounting operations – billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, inventory accounting
Sole responsibility for the management of cashflow and its accuracy
Creating (and independently driving) actionable analysis for company leadership
Support the business with general financial strategy, using your experience to ensure the business is as tax efficient as possible
Implementing best practice across finance department processes – ensuring those processes are streamlined, scalable, accurate and documented clearly to be digested by other stakeholders
Developing finance policies, internal controls and ensuring compliance
Leading the preparation of analysis for board meetings
Creating, and running your own finance projects to bring innovation and positive change
Using your ideas and experience to transition the function into a proactive operation
Overall, we're looking for someone who has the confidence and ability to own the finance department, work independently, make rapid and effective positive change – whilst ensuring the accuracy of our reporting at all times.
What's important for us:
It’s essential that you are ACA/ACCA qualified
With 5+ year's experience
Have the confidence to work independently and communicate with senior stakeholders
Demonstrable experience identifying deficiencies and implementing improvements
Ability to separate signal from noise
Can bring new ideas to the table, and execute on them importantly
