We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is eager to learn, grow and make a real impact here at Storm Ideas. You will work closely with our project management team to gain hands-on experience and develop the required skills in order to take ownership of projects and deliver the best solutions to our amazing clients!
What can you expect?
Solving problems on a daily basis, with a focus on pragmatism over screeds of process
Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own
Planning, organising, and monitoring progress across multiple projects
Converting client briefs into roadmaps, timelines and achievable tasks
Collaborating with your teammates daily to brief on what’s needed
Communicating with our clients to understand requirements, communicate project progress and deliver outputs
Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions
Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects
Reviewing what we’re building for our clients to ensure they are to spec and high quality
Analysing data and making informed recommendations for internal and client reports

A minimum of a 2:1 degree
Excellent school grades
Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things

The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively

Excellent oral and written communication skills
What’s nice to have:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable (don’t worry if not - as long as you have an aptitude and hunger for learning new software, we want to hear from you!)
Experience communicating directly with customers
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, SDKs & APIs

PAYMENT
Within Europe, 26-34k EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Firstly, you will be invited for a 30-minute pre-interview via Zoom. We usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for changing your job.
If the pre-interview goes well, we will invite you to a second step - You will meet Jakub, our Design Manager, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. It’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.
If the technical interview with Jakub goes well, we will invite you to complete a design task.
