SUMMARY
We’re looking for a TV and social media obsessed, creative genius to, well… come up with creative and genius ideas for social media posts for globally recognised TV brands. You will brainstorm all kinds of concepts like: Hilarious and relatable, appealing to the masses Emotional and detailed, appealing to the hard-core stans Clever and targeted, appealing to some more niche audiences
So, yeah, it’s basically watching TV, being creative and knowing all there is to know about what’s popular on social. If this sounds like a bit of you, please read on and don’t forget to follow the application instructions carefully.

What can you expect?
Watching new TV shows from our clients as they arrive and taking well organised notes of key moments and themes
Immersing yourself in fan culture for the properties we work with by following and combing through their social media accounts as well as the talent to help generate ideas based on what fans engage with
Producing concepts for social media graphics and videos to inform and entertain fans as well as accessing new audiences
Describing your concepts in detail for clients and writing thorough briefs for editors, motion graphic artists and graphic designers to create
Neatly formatting your ideas following an established convention, with great attention to spelling, grammar and client-specific needs
Researching trending social media formats and cataloguing your annotated references in internal online collaboration tools
Continually suggesting new formats that go beyond what we currently see on social media
Being an expert in the specifications and capabilities of all social media platforms and monitoring changes and updates
Delivering and pitching ideas to clients and monitoring their feedback, updating internal documentation where appropriate
Contributing to broader concept decks, presentations and idea pitches

Flexibility
We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, at your role you will be working only on day shifts between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

£28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
You will meet with our Content Strategy Manager, Kiera, via a 60 minute Zoom interview. She will get to know you a bit better and see if you’d be a good fit for the role, as well as talk through your Creative Task and at the same time answer all your questions. If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a follow-up call, also with Kiera and our CEO, Louise.
