What can you expect?
Working together with the Social Media Analytics Manager to help:
Track the progress of reports
Coordinate team resource to ensure deadlines are met
Assign tasks among our team of social media analysts
Parse ad hoc client requests and develop internal briefs
Organise internal team calls
Assisting in delivery of reports to our clients:
Review reports for data accuracy and consistent formatting
Client deliveries of straightforward, metrics based reports, via email
Supporting analysts with data gathering and cleaning upon request
Updating and maintaining documentation on all our reporting processes
Developing knowledge of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Social Insider, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
Working with the analytics team and managers to improve reporting processes

Social media experience is a plus, but not a necessity as long as you're interested in learning about the industry
Nice to have:
Experience in executing on social media performance reports
Experience with the social networks’ native analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics
Experience with 3rd party social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social Insider
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Experience in managing a team’s workload
