What can you expect?
Working together with the Social Media Analytics Manager to help:
- Track the progress of reports 
- Coordinate team resource to ensure deadlines are met 
- Assign tasks among our team of social media analysts 
- Parse ad hoc client requests and develop internal briefs 
- Organise internal team calls 
Assisting in delivery of reports to our clients:
- Review reports for data accuracy and consistent formatting 
- Client deliveries of straightforward, metrics based reports, via email 
- Supporting analysts with data gathering and cleaning upon request 
- Updating and maintaining documentation on all our reporting processes 
- Developing knowledge of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Social Insider, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio 
- Working with the analytics team and managers to improve reporting processes

- Social media experience is a plus, but not a necessity as long as you're interested in learning about the industry 
Nice to have:
- Experience in executing on social media performance reports 
- Experience with the social networks’ native analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics 
- Experience with 3rd party social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social Insider 
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills 
- Experience in managing a team’s workload
