What can you expect?
Designing websites and apps for internal projects and external clients and contributing to our internal design systems and processes
Working closely with developers to bring your designs to life, by creating design specs, prototypes, and providing UI/UX feedback
Creating effective and dynamic style guides and templates in Figma for other teams to produce social and digital marketing assets
Producing fun, polished, well-designed assets using the Figma as primary tool and Adobe CC from time to time.
Using a user focused design process to balance client, business and user needs to create the most effective design solutions
Helping create polished client presentations
Keeping up with design trends and tools
Mentoring junior team members and helping set the standard of design for the company
What's important to us:
Excellent eye for detail particularly with regards to typography and layout
Minimum of 3 years professional experience as a designer in a similar role: UI/UX design, product design, interaction design, etc
Proven ability to design user flows, considering user needs, business needs, functionality, accessibility and aesthetics
Mastery of Figma or willingness to learn quickly.
Quick to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of working with new tools, technologies and techniques
High work-ethic, self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong time management skills with a proactive attitude towards communication with regards to your work
Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities

Flexibility
We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. The hours for this role will be 10am - 6pm.
Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where we’re physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location.
First, you will be invited for a 30-minute pre-interview via Zoom. We usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for changing your job.
If the pre-interview goes well, we will invite you to a second step - You will meet Jakub, our Design Manager, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. It’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.
If the technical interview with Jakub goes well, we will invite you to complete a design task.
