Placing the client experience at the heart of everything you do
Coordinating with contacts to ensure social media post dependencies are proactively cleared in a timely manner, and meet client expectations
Delivering strategic social media recommendations on how client needs can best be met
Scheduling and reviewing content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels
Coordinating with Storm Ideas’ content production, copywriting and captioning teams
Assisting with calendar planning across client accounts
Researching clients' shows/movies and carrying out regular account audits
Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming strategies and tactics based on the latest trends and features
Optimising content for YouTube with effective thumbnails and copy
Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes
Good school grades
Social media-focused, self-starting with ambition to grow
Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines
Comfortable stepping beyond the brief and owning projects end‑to‑end over time
Unparalleled attention to detail

Remote-First & Flexible
Fully remote within South Africa. Your normal workday will start at 10am, and you’ll join two team stand-up meetings each week.
The standard hours for this role are 10am–6:30pm GMT. To best support our US clients, we ask that you work one late shift per week (1:30pm–10pm GMT) and cover one or two weekend days each month.
First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.
If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Bella, our Head of Social Media Management, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
Following this, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.
There may also be a short (30 minutes via MS Teams) follow-up interview with Duncan, our Chief Content Officer.
