*This role will require you to work both Saturday and Sunday from 1:30pm - 10pm (with a one hour break) on a permanent basis. You will also work 3 days mid-week from 10am (one of these may need to be a late shift), but you can choose the days that work best for you*

What can you expect?  

  • Reviewing and scheduling content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels 

  • Coordinating with Storm Ideas’ content production, copywriting and captioning teams 

  • Coordinating with client contacts to ensure social media posts meet expectations 

  • Optimising content for social media with effective thumbnails and copy  

  • Analysing social performance, gathering data, and generating reports and recommendations 

  • Researching clients' shows/movies, performing competitor analysis, and carrying out regular account audits  

  • Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming social content and digital activation strategies based on the latest trends and features 

  • Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes for new projects

Flexibility 

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am and you will have 3 stand-ups a week with the team of the project you are working on.

But to best serve our US clients, we are looking for someone who can work both Saturday and Sunday from 1:30pm - 10pm (1hr break) plus 3 days in the week, starting at 10am (whichever days' work best for you).

First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.

If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Bella, our Senior Manager of Social Operations, and Caspar, our Head of Social Operations, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.  

Finally, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.
