What can you expect?
Your role will be integral in supporting our Recruitment and HR function 👍 you'll develop a great grounding of HR and will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop working alongside more experienced members of the team.
Working with our HR Manager to deliver exciting HR projects
Scheduling and coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes
Taking ownership of work time management process
Creating policies and procedures that enhance our workplace environment
Compiling and processing employee documentation and records, and keeping the employee database up to date
Supporting our Managers and Employees from all around the world as a reliable source of information, promptly answering their queries
Company benefit management support
Preparing and analysing HR reports
Managing 1on1 cycles as well as organising performance reviews
What's important to us:
Any level of experience with HR / Recruitment is a bonus
Enthusiasm for working within a full remote environment
Great communication, self-organisation and time management skills
Natural ability for building relationships with candidates and team members
Modern Tech Stack
We use the latest tools (Airtable, HiBob, Slack, Zoom, Confluence), hardware (newest MacBook Air/Windows equivalent) and methodologies across our teams. We’re still looking for new ideas that would make our lives easier 🕵️♀️

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. We have flexible working hours so we start our day between 8am and 11am. Twice a year we organise team meetings to visit our Edinburgh or Warsaw offices!
Up to £24,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
