Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognized clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

We are looking for a Project Manager who is familiar with the media sector and eager to tackle projects in that space from a new angle. You will work closely with our project management and creative operations teams to apply all your experience and skills on delivering process design, workflow recommendations, technical solutions, and support to our name brand clients.
Driving projects (not just coordinating them) through all phases, from inception to completion
Familiarising yourself with new kinds of deliverables in Storm’s process design services
Working with creative operations team members on solutions that blend tech and content
Converting client briefs and goals into roadmaps, timelines, and achievable tasks
Working with higher management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals
Communicating with internal teams and clients daily to understand requirements, communicate project process and deliver outputs
Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions
Ensuring that project documentation and processes are properly resourced and maintained
Reviewing Storm’s solutions and systems before client delivery to ensure they are to spec and high quality
A real interest in technology, particularly automation and workplace advancements
Experience using online project management software such as Airtable and/or Jira
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness
Openness to learning new things and the ability to learn quickly
The ability to manage multiple project stages simultaneously
What's nice to have:
Experience in the marketing sector, particularly delivering strategy or innovation
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, SDKs & APIs

Outside of the UK, up to 38,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.

Permanent / Full time within the UK
Firstly - a meeting with Katrina, our Head of Creative Operations. During the meeting, Katrina gets to know you a bit better and tries to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answers all your questions.
Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills. You will present your exercise on a second call with Katrina and Duncan, our Chief Content Officer.
